Privacy notice

How I handle information you choose to share.

Effective and last reviewed: 26 July 2026.

Scope

This notice covers bongiweselane.pages.dev and the first-party project-enquiry form. It is an operational notice, not a promise that no provider ever processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the website.

The South African Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 provides the legal privacy framework relevant to personal information processed in South Africa.

Information the enquiry form asks for

The required fields are your name, email address, project brief and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide an organisation, current starting point, service area, timeframe, indicative budget range and relevant URL.

Do not submit passwords, private access links, identity documents, payment-card details, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Why I use it

I use submitted information to assess the enquiry, respond, prevent abuse, keep one submission from being delivered repeatedly and maintain a necessary project or recruiter conversation. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare Pages delivers the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form interaction appears automated. A short-lived, hashed email-and-IP rate key may be held for a ten-minute window, and a submission replay key may be held for 24 hours. The application does not place the submitted brief in that key-value store.

Resend delivers the enquiry email to the approved recipient. The form content therefore passes through that email service. Review the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Resend Privacy Policy for their own processing descriptions.

Storage, retention and disclosure

The application is designed not to log submitted form contents or store them in analytics or the abuse-control key-value namespace. Delivered enquiries remain in the approved recipient mailbox for only as long as reasonably needed to assess, respond to and document the conversation, or as required for a legitimate legal or security reason.

I do not sell enquiry information. It may be disclosed to the service providers named above, to a professional adviser where necessary, or where lawfully required.

Cookies and measurement

This production design does not add advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use essential technical measures to deliver and protect its service.

Your choices

You may ask what enquiry information is held, request correction or deletion where appropriate, withdraw from a conversation, or raise a privacy concern. Use the secure enquiry route and state “privacy request” at the beginning of the brief so the request can be identified. I may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you.

Changes

Material changes will be published on this page with a new review date. A previous notice will not be described as current once the form or its providers change.

From brief to handover

I bring structure to the work and story to the audience.

BS

I work across project planning, stakeholder coordination, creative operations, quality and handover—with multimedia content creation as a strong secondary practice.

Public claims and portfolio material are evidence-bounded. Current personal contact details are not published until owner verification is complete.
